First encounter
A prospective client's first encounter with Rome ILC
is in the charge of our Office for Relations with the Public (SRP) which
is charged with facilitating and simplifying communications between Rome ILC and the persons with disability who seek our help. SRP performs
the following tasks:
- Give information about the services carried out by Rome ILC and how
to receive them;
- Informs about meeting times with our several members of staff;
- Produces and distributes informational and educational publications;
- Informs about any waiting list that may be in place;
- Welcomes the client and works to establish with them and their families
a relationship that may reduce as much as possible the discomforts arising
from treatments;
- Accompanies the client along the path of treatment and shows them
how to make best use of available services;
- Explains how to make complaints and receives them.
