Rules
- The person with disability (PD) must sign on at every access. An
access amounts to 60 minutes, of which 45 minutes may be with the DP
present and 15 with the PD absent.
- PDs are allowed to make more than one access per day.
- Accesses are determined according to the kind of treatment decided.
- Sessions take place at times previously agreed between the PD and
the Public Contact Office, which the PD must respect.
- If the times of other conditions available to the PD do not correspond
to those available to Centre, the PD must be placed on a waiting
list until favourable conditions come about.
- If the PD cannot attend a meeting, they must communicate it to Centre
as early as possible.
Absence
- Missing a session for personal reasons must be justified by a self-certification
that sets out in writing the date of the missed session, the number
of accesses missed. Nobody can be absent for personal reasons for more
than two weeks.
- Being absent for personal reasons for more than two weeks leads to the closing
of the individual file. The file may be re-opened after 90 days. This
however does not apply to growing persons, persons who suffer from progressive
or degenerative pathologies, or if new clinical problems arise and cause
a worsening in the state of health.
- Being absent for health reasons must be justified by a medical certificate.
- Being absent for health reasons for more than two weeks leads to the closing
of the file. The file may be re-opened by request of the DP concerned,
as soon as conditions allow a return to treatment.
